The Center for Global Health
The Center had hired a top marketing/ad agency to help them create brand identity and was dissatisfied.
Simultaneously, the Board Chair had recruited high net worth individuals to the board, but they were under performing in fundraising.
Our role
1-Year Engagement
NPL helped the Center to create a more compelling vision to attract transformational donors. We then designed a unique brand strategy to connect them to their innovative work in developing countries, beyond their prestigious connection to Harvard and Massachusetts General Hospital.
Concurrently, we coached the Board Chair and CEO on their respective roles and leveraging their innate talents to increase overall board performance, including but not limited to, major-gift fundraising.
